Wow, 100 posts. Shame it had to be such an awful day.

Tennis.

1 trade on Lopez, and that's all. I was pleased to see that the tennis was televised pity I couldn't make better use of it.

So whats the problem?. Screaming excruciating back pain. Most likely a trapped nerve and sciatica. I've had aches and numbness for about a year now and some pretty painful spells but NOTHING like this. It struck at the start of work and I had to come home. I discovered that when I lay down the pain would receed and I'd go a bit numb on that side. I also discovered that after lying down for about 1.5 hours that it was mind bogglingly painful to get back up again. I'm talking sobbing pounding on walls painful. I'm a pretty stoic bloke, I've been injured in cycling and motorbike crashes but nothing like this. I walked myselft back to mobility and spent the next 5 hrs wandering back and forward around my flat, mumbling like some demented mental patient. I knew sitting down or lying dwon was out of the question so I stayed upright until my legs felt like they were going to give way and I gathered everything I might need for a while and collapsed into bed. I know it's important to keep mobile and not just lie around but I had done all I could. I just pray I'm able to get up again in the morning. I've taken a ridiculous amount of ibuprofen today and it is barely touching it. All of this meant that trading was the farthest thing from my mind and will no doubt be the same tommorrow.
