69 markets. 3 reds totalling £341.88. Only one of those was a proper red. The other two were foolish lack of discipline on my part yet again. Even when I'm sitting there saying to myself  "Take the red. Plenty of opportunities to recover it. You'll still come out green for the week" I can't seem to make myself do it. AARRGH!!

I'm taking a step back for a while. I'll still be doing some trading but not quite as much. I'm going to have a blog holiday as well so no post for 4 weeks.

76 markets. 2 reds totalling £300.13. Doing quite well all week until the 5th goal in the England v Sweden game and I had to red out. Such a fluke goal as well. First match on Saturday I'm in at the end, 2 goal buffer, a goal comes I go to red out but the red is fluctuating between two prices I try for the lower one and thirty seconds later another goal takes my entire stake. Unfortunate but these things do happen. At least I was trying to red out. Quite chuffed that the red overall is so small.

77 markets. 3 reds totalling £48.08. All 3 reds were disciplined red outs one of which would have cost me my stake if I'd tried to ride it out to the end. Does this mean I'm getting better or just a momentary burst of sanity?.

Another laptop shutdown on Monday had me making plans to get a new one at weekend but it came back to life on Wednesday and I really can't justify the expense if I can continue to coax the old one along. Maybe in a couple of weeks if I've no huge losses.

98 markets . 5 reds totalling £444.06. First red on Tuesday was a stupid not red out on my part and I lost my stake. Totally recovered it all by Friday night when running trades on two Irish matches at the same time I became engrossed in the movie I was watching and completely forgot about them. Of course both matches had 2 late goals each and lost both my stakes. Half stakes but still annoying. The last 2 reds were proper disciplined red outs for small amounts. Still need to work on taking my reds. Even though in hindsight I can see how easy it would be to recover the red amount I still sometimes risk my stake foolishly.

Tennis.

1 market. 1 red of £261.27. Bratchikova v Kvitova. I go in on 2-0 Kvitova as she leads the 1st game of the 2nd set and she crumbles instantly. UE's galore. I red out at the peak of her bad play and she makes a minor comeback but still loses the set but takes the match. Why I still find myself sucked into tennis and in particular WTA is maddening. There must be something fundamentally broken in my head. NO MORE TENNIS!.

So I allowed football reds that should have been a tenth of what they were to drive me into mug tennis punt that cost me dearly and turned what should have been a 200+ green week into a bank halving red. Same record on repeat.

89 Markets. 2 reds totalling £37.49. More activity than I expected with the internationals over the weekend. Again the reds should probably have been bigger as I didn't stick to plan but got lucky which won't last. Still working on it after all this time.

Tennis. 

1 markets. 1 red of £22.55. Andy Murray loses to Guibis. No Idea why I touched that match but it cost me.

Finally got my wisdom tooth removed a couple of hours ago. Jaw still numb from the local. So glad it's gone.

59 markets. No reds. I really should have had a red on Hibs v Hearts yesterday with all the goals being scored but I was able to eventually get out. Poor discipline though.

Tennis.

2 markets. No reds. I broke my ban and foolishly entered the tennis this week. I think out of boredom more than anything else. I was in on Li during the final yesterday when she was 4-0 and a set up only to watch as she fell apart. I had to red out and went remainder in on Sharapova to get out 3 games later  after the break in set 3 with a small green. Ridiculous rubbish. I must stay away from the tennis.

All the main football leagues are done. Lots of low liquidity summer games now until euros and Olympics.
