Football.

4 trades on 3 matches today. Betrader Pro was acting up today there were times when it wasn't showing my pending or matched bets or there was a delay in showing them. The Betfair site itself seemed to be having problems too. This led to me being partially matched on trades and having to cancel the unmatched and try to get out when things froze up. It also led to me getting 5 ticks on one match when it took me so long to get a lay in. I noticed the video feeds from Betfair were freezing as well so probably on there end.

Tennis.

A bit foolish of me today. Lots of tennis on and the Ordina stuff was on BF video so I started on the Tansaguran match and got a 1 tick trade on her. I then Moved on to the Vinci v Hantuchova match and decided to back Han but of course she got a bit chokey and whe serving for the match I dumped her for a 1 tick loss as I could see there was a major choke possibility. It's WTA after all. She did win in the end but I decided not to chance it. It was foolish of me to get involved with a low level WTA match like that. That's not what I am doing now, that's not what's got me through the last 35 days with so much green. I must only go for more secure trading opportunitites. I saw Ferrer had a good price and decided to back pre-match as his price was dropping as people piled in but then the rain cam and the market stabilised before I could get my 1 tick. I sat watching it rain for an hour before dumping it for a 1 tick loss as I didn't want my money tied up all afternoon. I should not have backed pre-match when the weather was uncertain. When the match did start 4 hrs later I got 3 ticks straight away which compensated for my loss. Shame there was no video of the Eastbourne matches. Especially with Jankovic , Dementiava , and Ivanovic all playing there. Eurosport would rather show yet another replay of the Queens final. Spot on fellas. So an up and down tennis day.

Only 2 U21 football matches tomorrow but there is a veritable feast of tennis on. Robredo is 2.64 v Baghdatis, what am I missing here?. I 'll be watching that match for any opportunities. Safina and Jankovic are playing tomorrow as well so I'm hoping for video from somewhere. I hate scoreboard tennis. The courtsiders must clean up when there is a tournament with no feed like this.

In other news...

I'm such a muppet. Sore and hobbling this morning but once again Pills and a bit of walking have me feeling not too bad. I decided to go for ride on my bike, just down to the supermarket to get a few things. I felt okay, a bit twingey( yes that's a word, put the dictionary DOWN!!!). When I got back and was attaching every security measure invented by mankind, I live in a dodgy area, I tweaked my back while leaning over the bike. OUCH!!!. SO STUPID!!!. I could have done it carefully from the other side but that's how I always do it and I didn't think. I think I've set myself back to about wednesday last week although the pills are helping ease it a bit. I'll know first thing tomorrow how bad it is really. I phoned the Doc to make another appointment for friday for more magic pills and to see if I should go back to work but of course the Doc I saw last week is on holiday so I have to see another one and go over everything to him. Woohoo!. Don't know if I'll be back to work next week or not. I'm not going back if it's so easy to injure myself again. Besides, Wimbledon starts next week, LOL.
