Yep, still crazy.
Tennis.
Started today with a back of Djoko at what seemed like an opportune moment and laid him out again for a nice £9.70 green. After hellish day at work came home started drinking and decided to back Vesnina again not knowing how poor she would play. Seemed to be injured and not able to move to well. held on to it far longer than I should have and ended up red £ 28.06.
Came within a hairs breadth of belting one of my 'managers' and losing my job today. Restrained myself but was raging. Should have left Betfair alone tonite. Not a good day.

Sounds like you are trading when not in the frame of mind to do so at the moment. Check out Adam Heathcote. Whilst his profit figures are mind-numbing, his preparation and attention to detail is worth taking on board.
